About the Role: We're hiring Chinese speaking Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team. You'll play a critical role in fueling our pipeline, identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads in the china market.
Responsibilities
Research prospects and identify target accounts against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Conduct outbound outreach via email, and LinkedIn
Confidently make outbound calls to introduce our services and generate interest.
Convert cold prospects into scheduled discovery calls and meetings.
Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospects
Support and manage relationships with closed accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Accurately log all deals, interactions, and pipeline activity in CRM to maintain clean and up-to-date records.
Requirement
2+ years of experience in sales development, tele sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
Must be fluent in Chinese (mandarin) and conversational in English language.
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and cold emailing.
Experience conducting outreach on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator experience a plus).
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, target-driven team.
