Recruiting Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator based in the United States.
This is a fully remote role supporting a fast-moving, AI-first Talent team across engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
You’ll own the operational engine behind interview processes, ensuring candidates and interviewers have a seamless, well-organized experience.
The role combines high-volume scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management, and interview logistics with opportunities to improve recruiting operations.
You’ll work across calendars, time zones, stakeholders, and changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and responsiveness.
A key part of the role is using AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and make coordination workflows more efficient.
You’ll also help identify friction in the hiring process and turn recurring challenges into practical process improvements.
