🕐 Shift : Night Shift – EST (US Time Zone)
💼 Experience : 1–6 Years in US Healthcare Recruitment / Staffing
🔎 What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based assignments.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Work on positions across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, requirements, pay rates, and assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients/MSPs to meet hiring requirements.
- For Team Lead candidates: manage recruiters, monitor performance, distribute requirements, and drive team targets.
- Ensure quality submissions and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing/recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Experience with ATS/CRM, job boards, and sourcing platforms is preferred.
- Team Lead candidates should have prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
