Role: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 6 months- 3 Years
Location: Sector 63, Noida — Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday–Friday
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle US IT requirements, primarily W2 positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases & other channels
Understand IT requirements, job descriptions and technical skill sets
Screen and qualify candidates based on technical & client requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Handle the complete recruitment cycle for assigned IT requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6 months- 3 years of US IT Recruitment experience
✔️ Experience with W2 hiring preferred
✔️ Good understanding of IT technologies & requirements
✔️ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
✔️ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Target-driven & eager to grow
