We are looking for an Amazing: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (EC & Time)
Seniority: Minimum 5 years
Type of position: REMOTE
The amazing you, will have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating client requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions and configurations.
Strong understanding of business processes related to Human Capital Management (HCM).
Ability to conduct and lead client workshops, presenting system functionalities and recommending best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders.
Experience supporting implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):
SAP SuccessFactors certifications, preferably in Employee Central and/or Time Management.
Experience working in international projects.
Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
