We are looking for an Amazing: SAP TM Architect / Consultant
Seniority: Senior
Type of position: Remote (CEE, South Europe or LATAM)
The amazing you, will have:
Professional experience as a Senior SAP TM Consultant / Architect.
Strong experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
Experience in end-to-end SAP TM implementations, from design and configuration to deployment.
Strong understanding of SAP TM architecture, configuration and transportation processes.
Experience with Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Freight Settlement and Routing.
Ability to design scalable and efficient SAP TM solutions aligned with business requirements.
Strong ability to evaluate proposed designs and assess their technical feasibility within SAP TM.
Ability to clearly identify what can be delivered through standard SAP TM, custom developments or alternative solutions.
Confidence to challenge requirements and propose alternative approaches when a solution is not aligned with SAP TM best practices.
Ability to communicate technical limitations and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Good English, both written and spoken.

Experience working as an SAP TM Solution Architect.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP TM integrations.
Experience in complex transportation and logistics environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and standard capabilities.
Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
