Senior Report Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Shift Requirement: Local mid-shift available until Noon or 1:00 PM US East Coast Time Zone (Preferred); flexibility to work US hours for critical meetings as needed.
Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Report Developer to partner with North American commercial stakeholder managers to analyze reporting needs, design and build advanced Tableau dashboards, and support a Tableau Center of Excellence operating model. The role involves immediate contributions toward major upcoming launches.
Technical Requirements
Primary Tech Stack: Advanced, hands-on Tableau development and strong SQL skills (Vertica, MS SQL, Oracle, relational databases).
Data & Analytics: Experience building analytics tables, reporting datasets, and extracting/transforming data from complex database schemas. Working knowledge of enterprise analytical databases like Vertica.
ETL & Data Warehousing: Understanding of the data warehouse lifecycle from ETL to multidimensional models and reporting; experience with ETL tools and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Domain Experience (Preferred): Commercial analytics supporting sales/field organizations, Salesforce/CRM data, and pharmaceutical/life sciences/healthcare commercial data (IQVIA, MMIT, etc.).
Experience & Education Requirements
Experience: 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Tableau development, SQL, data analytics, or business intelligence. Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer, working with ETL tools, and building Tableau data visualizations. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial data analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
