Software Engineer – Python & Backend Integration

Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Software Engineers to support the development and deployment of applications for an advanced AI platform. In this role, you will build backend services, integrate applications into secure sandbox environments, and ensure software is reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers with strong Python development experience, backend engineering expertise, and familiarity with modern development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services and MCP servers using Python.
Build and integrate web or desktop applications into AI evaluation environments.
Work with REST APIs, backend systems, and service integrations.
Configure and manage Docker containers and Linux-based development environments.
Implement application state management and deployment workflows.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot build, runtime, and configuration issues.
Ensure software meets quality, validation, and production deployment standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong professional experience with Python software development.
Experience building backend applications and API integrations.
Proficiency with Docker, Linux, and containerized development environments.
Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.
Experience working with configuration management and infrastructure automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote engineering environment.
