Role Overview
We are seeking residency-trained physicians from a wide range of medical specialties to support the development and evaluation of next-generation clinical AI systems. This is a non-clinical, fully remote opportunity where you will apply your medical expertise to evaluate AI-generated clinical content, develop assessment criteria, and improve the quality and safety of AI-assisted healthcare solutions.
As part of a shared expert network, you may contribute to multiple clinical AI projects based on your specialty, availability, and expertise. Your work will directly influence how AI models are trained, evaluated, and measured against real-world clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structured grading criteria for evaluating AI-generated clinical responses.
Review and assess AI-assisted clinical conversations for accuracy, safety, completeness, and adherence to medical best practices.
Annotate clinical reasoning by documenting diagnostic thought processes and differential diagnoses.
Identify factual inaccuracies, unsupported recommendations, unsafe advice, and hallucinated medical content.
Create complex clinical scenarios that challenge AI reasoning across diverse medical specialties.
Contribute to specialty-specific clinical guidelines and standardized evaluation frameworks.
Provide expert feedback to improve AI performance in healthcare applications.
Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams supporting clinical AI research.
Preferred Qualifications
MD or DO degree with completed residency training in any medical specialty.
Active, unrestricted medical license in your country of practice.
Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
Board certification in your specialty is preferred.
Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical guidelines, and standards of care.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical reasoning clearly.
Experience with medical education, clinical guideline development, question writing, or physician assessment is a plus.
Familiarity with AI evaluation, medical annotation, or healthcare technology is advantageous.
Ability to commit approximately 20 hours per week.
