Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS & eTMF): Platform administration, configuration, Veeva APIs, VQL, SQL, reporting, and analytics.
Cloud & Integration Technologies: AWS Administration, AWS Glue, Terraform, IAM, Python, SQL.
Enterprise Platforms: Oracle Siebel, Excel VBA, Data Lakes, RDS, Databricks, Tableau, Oracle BI.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Veeva Vault Clinical, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring platform stability.
Manage user administration, security, DACs, permission sets, and bulk data operations using Vault Loader.
Support and maintain Veeva Data Dictionary and partner-system integrations to ensure data consistency and governance.
Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics to deliver actionable business insights.
Enable cross-platform reporting by integrating data from Veeva, Databricks, Tableau, Oracle BI, and other enterprise systems.
Utilize strong SQL and data management skills to query, analyze, and maintain data across relational databases and data lakes.
Collaborate with business, data management, and technology teams to deliver solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
