LIfe science Business analyst

Role Description This full-time remote Life Science Business Analyst role focuses on supporting clients in the life sciences sector by analyzing business processes, requirements, and data to improve operational effectiveness. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs, translate them into clear functional specifications, and support the design of solutions aligned with regulatory and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting analytical assessments of workflows, identifying process gaps, proposing improvements, and preparing reports and presentations to communicate insights. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting implementation and testing of new systems or processes, and ensuring that solutions are adopted effectively. The analyst is expected to maintain an understanding of life sciences trends and compliance requirements to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
Effective Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and preparing clear reports.
Experience with Business Process evaluation, mapping, and optimization in a professional or technical environment.
Ability to define and manage Business Requirements that align with organizational and regulatory objectives.
Relevant experience in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare domains is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with project management practices, SDLC methodologies, and collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
