About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, driving effective recruitment, supporting employee relations, and building a positive and productive workplace culture.
The role requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple HR functions, and collaborate closely with management and different teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and processes
Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally
Drive employee engagement, retention, and team development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and other HR activities
Support performance management and employee development programs
Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and applicable regulations
Work closely with management to identify HR requirements and implement effective solutions
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in HR
MBA in HR / Human Resources or a relevant degree
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
