Procurement & Operations person to handle end-to-end procurement, vendor coordination, and dispatch operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement and coordinate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
Manage dispatch operations and coordinate with factory and logistics partners
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain MIS reports and operational data in Excel
Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)
Basic understanding of procurement operations
Good attention to detail and record keeping
