Staff UX Designer

IDR is seeking a Staff UX Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves designing intuitive and scalable experiences for enterprise tools supporting the Go-To-Market organization, with a focus on internal GTM product experiences used by sellers and sales managers. The position offers the chance to influence experience strategy and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Position Overview for the Staff UX Designer:
Develop and own end-to-end design of core GTM experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Apply UX fundamentals and interaction design principles to simplify workflows and balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Influence experience strategy by framing problems, identifying opportunities, and making design recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Business teams to deliver high-quality designs that enhance usability and efficiency.
Contribute to processes and documentation to scale design quality and foster iterative improvements.
Requirements for the Staff UX Designer:
7+ years of UX or product design experience, including complex enterprise or operational workflows.
Extensive, hands-on Figma experience is explicitly non-negotiable.
Proven ability to advocate for design decisions and influence product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders.
Experience designing internal enterprise products for GTM or sales teams, such as Salesforce, Dynamics, CRM, or seller workflows (nice to have).
Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous environments, solving operational problems for sales teams.
