100% Remote - Credit Accounting Manager - BDC / Private Credit
Tired of being the one who signs off on NAV — and the one who gets blamed when it's wrong?
If you've spent years deep in senior secured loans, unitranche, and mezzanine structures, you know BDC accounting isn't for the faint of heart. This role gives you what most don't. Real ownership. NAV oversight, valuation support, '40 Act compliance, and a team that reports to you.
What you bring:
6+ years fund accounting, BDC or private credit exposure
Strong '40 Act and NAV/valuation knowledge
People management experience
Solid US GAAP background
