Placement Manager

Head Held High Foundation (HHHF) is looking for an experienced and driven Placement Manager to build strong industry partnerships and create meaningful employment opportunities for trained youth across the hospitality and customer-facing sectors.
📍 Role: Placement Manager – Hospitality & Customer-Facing Careers
💼 Experience: 3–5 years
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
🕒 Employment: Full-time
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a strong network of hospitality and service-sector employers.
• Generate relevant job vacancies through active employer engagement.
• Develop relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
• Match candidates with suitable roles based on skills, location, salary and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, selections, offers and joining.
• Support candidates through interview preparation and the joining process.
• Maintain employer databases, vacancy trackers and placement MIS.
• Build repeat hiring partnerships and ensure employer satisfaction.
• Track post-placement progress and support early employment continuity.
• Travel for employer meetings, recruitment drives and hiring events as required.

👤 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3–5 years of relevant experience in placements, recruitment, business development or hospitality hiring
✔️ Strong understanding of the hospitality/service industry
✔️ Excellent employer relationship and communication skills
✔️ Strong candidate assessment and job-matching abilities
✔️ Ability to manage recruitment drives and placement processes end-to-end
✔️ Willingness to travel for employer engagement and hiring activities
