Head Held High Foundation is looking for a passionate and driven Placement Executive to join our team and help connect our learners with meaningful employment opportunities.

🚗 Important: This is primarily a field-based role
The role involves extensive field travel, including visiting companies, meeting employers, attending recruitment drives, and engaging with industry partners.
Candidates who are comfortable travelling extensively and working predominantly in the field are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners.
• Identify and generate employment opportunities for learners.
• Visit employers and meet recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and employer interactions.
• Support learners throughout the placement process.
• Expand and maintain the employer network across locations.
• Track placements and maintain relevant records and reports.
