What You'll Do:
Lead database migration and modernization initiatives on Google Cloud, helping customers move workloads into scalable, cloud-native architectures with minimal disruption.
Design and implement robust migration strategies focused on Google Cloud technologies.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for client delivery projects.
Partner directly with clients, project managers, and technical delivery teams throughout discovery, implementation, and production deployment.
Maintain project velocity by balancing hands-on work with clear communication, documentation, and issue tracking.
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience delivering data engineering and database migration projects, preferably on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
Strong command of SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
Working knowledge of networking, identity, and security models in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Python and scripting for data workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.
