What You'll Do
Workspace Architecture & Delivery
Lead and architect enterprise-scale migrations from Microsoft 365/Exchange and 3rd party systems to Google Workspace, including mail, calendar, contacts, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Design secure, scalable Google Workspace architectures that maintain data integrity, minimize disruption, and support successful user adoption.
Serve as the technical authority on complex Workspace migration, coexistence, identity, security, and governance requirements.
Design and build solutions using Google Apps Script, AppSheet, APIs, and other Google Cloud technologies.
Develop reusable architectural patterns, migration methodologies, documentation, and technical best practices.
Stay current with evolving Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, and AI technologies.
AI & Automation
Architect workflows and business process automation using Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and Google Cloud.
Design AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini, Gemini Enterprise, and related Google Cloud technologies.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into Google Workspace environments to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Client Delivery & Pre-Sales
Partner directly with clients throughout discovery, architecture, migration, implementation, and production deployment.
Participate in technical workshops to understand existing environments, business requirements, and migration dependencies.
Support pre-sales activities by validating technical solutions, migration approaches, estimates, and delivery feasibility.
Contribute technical requirements and assumptions to proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
6+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Proven hands-on experience leading multiple large-scale Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations.
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Intune, and Entra ID.
Deep architectural and administrative proficiency with Google Workspace.
Hands-on development experience using Google Apps Script and integrating with Google, Microsoft Graph, and other APIs.
Experience building business applications and solutions with Google AppSheet.
Experience supporting pre-sales efforts within a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience in several of the following: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Exchange, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Identity, Entra ID, Google Apps Script, Google AppSheet, Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint & OneDrive, Identity & Access Management, Workspace security & governance, and third-party migration platforms including CloudM, MoveBot, CloudFuze, Cloudiway, or Google Workspace Migrate.
Required Qualifications
Google Cloud Certified: Associate Google Workspace Administrator
Proven experience delivering enterprise migrations between Microsoft and Google platforms.
Strong technical documentation skills with the ability to create clear architecture, migration, and implementation documentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Cloud Certified: Associate Cloud Engineer
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Solutions Architect Expert
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
Experience using GCP services such as Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Cloud Identity to build custom solutions and integrations.
Experience architecting production-grade AI agents using Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience developing new technical solutions, service offerings, or reusable intellectual property within a consulting organization.
