Job Title: Payments Operations Analyst - Mass Tort Settlements
Location: Remote
Duration: FTE
Salary Range: $70K – $75K + benefits
Overview:
Analysts support Payments Team and are responsible for managing large datasets, validating information received from law firms, building and maintaining payment ledgers, and ensuring accurate settlement payment processing.
The role is heavily focused on:
Data integrity
Financial reconciliation
Spreadsheet management
Payment preparation
Operational accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with large datasets, reconciliation, reporting, or financial operations.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or litigation finance.
Background in mass tort or high-volume law firms.
Experience with legal technology companies.
Roles focused on data analytics or operations.
Knowledge of accounting, finance, or business operations.
