Salesforce Developer

Hexa Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Client’s team in a remote-work model based in Portugal.
Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration practices.
Experience with Git for source control management.
Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing and debugging in Salesforce environments.
Experience with technical documentation and code review practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibility, adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certification.
Vlocity.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning technologies.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, developers and QA teams.
Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring secure and reliable data flows.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across Salesforce applications and related components.
Write and execute unit and integration tests to support solution quality and release readiness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and development best practices.
Support junior developers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance and collaborative delivery.
