Weeks Group is seeking an exceptional TA Manager to lead the search for top-tier Owner's Representative Project Managers and Construction Managers within the data center construction sector.
This role is designed for a sophisticated talent professional who knows how to identify seasoned construction leadership, gain access to high-performing passive candidates, and represent a respected brand with credibility, precision, and discretion. We are not looking for transactional recruiting. We are looking for someone who can find remarkable people and bring them into the Weeks Group story.
The right candidate will have a strong command of talent markets within data center construction, owner's representation, along with the judgment and presence to engage senior-level professionals who are selective, accomplished, and not easily reached through conventional recruiting methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical Owner's Representative Project Manager and Construction Manager searches focused on data center construction projects.
- Partner closely with leadership to define ideal candidate profiles, role priorities, and market strategy.
- Develop and execute highly targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, research, and direct outreach.
- Identify and engage seasoned, high-caliber candidates with proven leadership experience in **data center construction, mission-critical environments, and complex project delivery.
- Build curated pipelines of exceptional talent across target markets, firms, and competitor landscapes.
- Draft and post compelling, brand-aligned job descriptions and outreach messaging that attract experienced professionals.
- Conduct thoughtful screening conversations to assess technical background, leadership strength, communication style, professionalism, and overall fit.
- Present refined candidate slates with clear perspective, strong evaluation, and actionable recommendations.
- Manage candidate communications and coordinate interviews with a high level of polish, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
- Create an elevated candidate experience that reflects the standards, culture, and professionalism of Weeks Group.
- Maintain momentum throughout the recruiting process, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring leaders, and business needs.
- Serve as a trusted talent partner and brand ambassador in the market.
Ideal Background
- Proven success recruiting senior project management, construction management, owner's representation, or development talent, ideally within data center construction.
- Strong ability to source and attract passive candidates for business-critical roles.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools used to identify exceptional talent.
- Excellent judgment in evaluating experience, leadership presence, and long-term fit.
- Knowledge of the data center construction, mission-critical, real estate development, or capital projects landscape ideal.
- Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches at a high standard.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A polished, proactive, and relationship-driven approach to recruiting.
