Atom is seeking motivated ERP Transformation Interns who want to begin a career in technology consulting and enterprise systems. This is a 6-month internship opportunity designed primarily for recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
The internship will focus on Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Finance. Interns will work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to the full ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Previous Oracle experience is not required. High-performing interns may be considered for conversion into a full-time position at Atom following successful completion of the 6-month internship, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation and implementation projects.
- Learn how core finance processes are configured and managed within Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Gain exposure to modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax.
- Assist with requirements gathering, process documentation, functional configuration, and solution design.
- Support system testing, data validation, issue tracking, and defect resolution.
- Help create test scripts, process flows, training materials, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Recently completed or soon to be completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Oracle ERP, finance technology, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Proactive, dependable, curious, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
- Exposure to enterprise systems, databases, SQL, finance, accounting, data analysis, or business-process management is helpful but not required.
- Academic projects, internships, coursework, or certifications related to cloud technology, enterprise applications, or business analysis are advantageous.

This internship provides a foundation for a career in ERP transformation and Oracle functional consulting. Interns will receive mentorship, hands-on learning, and exposure to real-world Oracle transformation programs while developing technical, functional, and client-facing skills.
A potential career path may include:
ERP Transformation Intern → Junior Oracle Functional Consultant → Oracle Functional Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead Consultant → Solution Architect or Transformation Leader.
As interns progress, they may develop deeper expertise across Oracle Financials, lead configuration and testing activities, facilitate client workshops, contribute to solution design, and eventually manage workstreams within large-scale ERP transformation programs.
