About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and personable Inside Sales Representative to support inbound lead follow-up for clients in the flight training industry.
This role is focused on responding quickly to new inbound leads, engaging prospects over the phone, answering basic questions, handling initial objections, and converting interest into scheduled appointments.
The ideal candidate is a confident English communicator who sounds natural on the phone, can follow a structured sales script without sounding scripted, and understands the importance of fast and consistent lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Contact new inbound leads within 5–10 minutes of receiving them.
Speak with prospective customers who have already expressed interest in flight training services.
Follow established call scripts and sales processes while maintaining a natural, conversational approach.
Answer basic questions about services and next steps.
Handle common objections professionally and confidently.
Qualify leads based on provided guidelines.
Schedule qualified prospects for Discovery Flights, introductory flight lessons, or meetings with flight school clients.
Accurately document call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up actions.
Follow up with leads as required to maximize appointment booking opportunities.
Maintain consistent responsiveness and professionalism during the assigned calling window.
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Previous experience in inside sales, inbound sales, appointment setting, lead qualification, customer service, or phone-based sales.
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
Ability to follow a sales script naturally and adapt conversations based on the prospect's questions or objections.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, confident phone presence.
Ability to handle basic sales objections and keep conversations moving toward a clear next step.
Highly reliable, organized, and responsive.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Availability during the required U.S. business-hour calling window.
Schedule
Calling Window: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Candidates must be consistently available during this window.
