The Recruiting team is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruiter to help grow teams across Elation Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting while working alongside experienced recruiters on our Talent team. Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of teams and roles company-wide, from job posting through offer
Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and other creative channels, using AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent more efficiently
Leverage AI tools to streamline resume screening, candidate research, and outreach personalization, while applying good judgment to ensure fairness and accuracy
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams alike
Help create a fabulous candidate experience by communicating clearly, warmly, and promptly at every touchpoint
Keep our applicant tracking system meticulously updated in real time, ensuring accurate candidate status and pipeline data
Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles across departments
Be an ambassador of Elation Health's mission and core values throughout the candidate journey
Track recruiting metrics and pipeline data, using AI-powered dashboards or reporting tools where available to flag trends or bottlenecks to the team
Stay current on emerging AI recruiting tools and best practices, and help evaluate new technologies that could improve our hiring process
Take on special projects to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience as you grow in the role
Partner across both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, leveraging periods between active hiring cycles to contribute to core HR programs, retention strategies, and team development
Experience and Skills
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Effective communication with hiring teams
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to work smarter and more efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail -- you take pride in keeping records accurate and up-to-date
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your career over time
Experience with HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) strongly preferred
Salary range: $85,000-100,000
