🚀 We're Hiring: ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITOM / ITAM / ITSM)
Mastech Digital is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to support a large-scale ServiceNow Re-platforming Initiative for one of our direct clients.
📍 Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada)
📅 Duration: 12+ Months (08/14/2026 – 08/09/2027)
🗣 Language: English (Excellent communication skills required)
What You'll Do
Lead the architecture, design, and technical execution of a ServiceNow platform migration to a new instance.
Define the target-state ServiceNow architecture and implementation strategy.
Design scalable, best-practice solutions across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the re-platforming initiative.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and platform governance.
Required Qualifications
✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
✅ ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
✅ Extensive Solution Architecture experience within the ServiceNow platform
✅ Strong expertise across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM
✅ Experience leading ServiceNow platform migrations, transformations, or re-platforming initiatives
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
