Risk Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and monitor potential risks that may impact business operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, or strategic objectives. The successful candidate will analyze risk data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to help mitigate risks and support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and monitor operational, financial, compliance, and business risks.
Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential impacts on business operations.
Develop and maintain risk reports, dashboards, and risk registers.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide regular reporting to management.
Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
Perform data analysis to identify emerging risks and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk mitigation initiatives.
Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare presentations and documentation related to risk management activities.
Recommend improvements to risk management processes and controls.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in risk analysis, compliance, audit, finance, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with risk management, compliance, audit, or governance programs.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Experience with enterprise risk management (ERM) systems.
Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, CRMA, or similar are a plus.
