Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead

Position Summary
The Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for solution architecture, configuration, and delivery across the Salesforce platform, while providing program oversight for the Salesforce Consolidation / One CRM initiative. This role shifts emphasis from people and program management toward direct technical contribution, combining architecture ownership, functional analysis, and build work with continued leadership of platform governance and delivery coordination.
Technical Delivery (65%)
Lead hands-on Salesforce solution architecture and design reviews, ensuring scalable, standards-aligned solutions across business units.
Perform hands-on configuration and development, including flows, automation, and platform customization.
Conduct functional analysis of business processes and requirements supporting the One CRM and One Returns initiatives.
Own data migration, data validation, and environment management across Salesforce orgs.
Design and build integrations between Salesforce, ERP platforms such as P21 and SAP, and third-party systems using Boomi and APIs.
Leadership and Governance (35%)
Provide program and project leadership for Salesforce Consolidation and One CRM.
Manage Salesforce administrators, system administrators, and contractors.
Support governance, steering committee reporting, and platform roadmaps.
Contribute to estimates, budget planning, and resource planning.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on delivery priorities.
Handle escalations, approvals, and platform ownership activities.
Support ongoing operational and ad hoc platform needs.
