Senior SQL/SSIS and .NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, C#, and the .NET stack to develop and support data integrations and business applications. Experience supporting finance technology or financial systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
Build and support SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
Develop and enhance applications and services using C#, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
Support testing, production deployments, technical documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills
Strong Microsoft SQL Server development and query performance tuning skills.
Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages and ETL workflows.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
Experience with relational database design, data validation, error handling, and application integration.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting finance applications, financial reporting, accounting systems, or reconciliation processes.
Healthcare payer or health insurance industry experience.
Familiarity with secure handling of sensitive data and enterprise production support practices.
