Role Description The Integrated Marketing Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that advance AYAF’s mission and programs. This role includes developing multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, and partnership networks to increase awareness, engagement, and participation in AYAF initiatives. The Integrated Marketing Manager will coordinate marketing projects from concept through delivery, manage timelines and resources, and collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners. Daily tasks include creating marketing plans and briefs, monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics, and refining activities based on data and feedback. The role also involves supporting fundraising and outreach efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning and Integrated Marketing to design and coordinate cohesive campaigns across programs and regions.
Experience with Multi-Channel Marketing, including social media, email, web, and partner networks, to reach diverse youth and stakeholder audiences.
Proficiency in Project Management to organize initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and volunteer teams.
Understanding of Sales and relationship-building to support fundraising, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Relevant experience in nonprofit, youth development, or international development sectors, especially in African or Global South contexts.
Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make evidence-based recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional African or Korean languages are an asset.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and collaborate across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
