Responsibilities
+5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with proven experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements across different projects and stakeholder environments.
Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting basic data analysis, and supporting senior analysts in the development of solutions
Assist in creating workflow charts, diagrams, and reports to aid decision-making processes
Assist in running workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements
Assist in the creation of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and help in preparing user stories and use cases.
Analyse business objectives, functions and processes
Responsible for the completion of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Create process flows / maps to the defined Process Playbook
Accurately capture and document requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Organise and facilitate requirements workshops to gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents
Apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools
Responsible for understanding client requirements, seeking to fully address client needs, identifying, evaluating and recommending options
Desired Skills
Payrol experience in European countries: Workday/UKG/HR/HCM experience
