US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter – US Staffing
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
Chennai-based and willing to work onsite
Comfortable with US night shift
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder
Excellent Boolean & X-Ray Search
Experience sourcing IT/technical candidates
Knowledge of US visas/work authorization — H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, USC
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099
Experience with direct clients, MSP/VMS, implementation partners, or vendors
Strong candidate screening, negotiation, follow-up and interview coordination
Familiarity with ATS/CRM such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, etc.
Proven ability to meet daily submissions/interview/closure targets
