A well-established California litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for a 100% remote position (aside from necessary in-person court or deposition appearances).
The firm is looking for a self-motivated litigator with 1+ years of experience, with a strong preference for an insurance defense background in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, or construction defect.
Requirements: Active CA Bar license in good standing; proficient billing with ABA UTBMS Litigation Codes (A & L codes); hands-on experience or quick adaptability to Clio.
Compensation & Bonus: $140,000 – $180,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience and ability to hit the ground running); quarterly production bonuses up to $10,000 ($40K/year potential) for high producers.
