Powerful Girl Broadcast is seeking a skilled volunteer to develop a simple, organized volunteer recruitment and onboarding system. The project will include recruitment procedures, volunteer screening guidelines, an onboarding checklist, and basic orientation and training materials. The goal is to create a clear process that helps us recruit, prepare, and successfully welcome volunteers across our programs and chapters. By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver: Volunteer recruitment procedures Screening guidelines and protocols A volunteer onboarding checklist Orientation materials Basic training materials Success will be a simple, organized system our team can use to recruit, screen, and welcome volunteers consistently as we expand.
