Power Platform Developer

Job Description
Beinex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, capable of leading rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, engaging with clients, mentoring team members, and contributing to organizational best practices.
This role requires a balance of technical excellence, solution architecture, client communication, and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
Design and build across the full Power Platform stack: Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, with working awareness of Power BI and Copilot Studio/AI Builder
Lead or co-lead rapid PoC and prototype builds for presales and client demos, across the full stack, not just one layer
Deliver internal training and structured knowledge transfer to junior consultants, business analysts, and engagement managers on Power Platform fundamentals
Build reusable components, templates, and accelerators that outlive any single client engagement
Contribute to Beinex's Power Platform governance, standards, and Centre of Excellence practices as they're established
Join client calls and technical walkthroughs as a credible SME when needed, able to explain architecture and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
Flex across multiple client engagements over time, not tied permanently to a single project
Key Skills & Requirements
2-3 years of overall software development experience, including at least 1.5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Strong hands-on Dataverse: entities, relationships, business rules, security and access models
Strong hands-on Power Automate: cloud flows, complex conditional logic, error handling and retries
Canvas and model-driven Power Apps development, Power Fx
Direct experience with Microsoft Graph API; webhook/change-notification patterns a strong plus
Experience with Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps for ALM and solution deployment
Comfortable making architecture-level decisions (data model, security, integration approach), not only executing a given spec
Client-facing communication skills: able to present and train, not only build
PL-200 / PL-400 certification preferred; PL-600 (Solution Architect) or demonstrated trajectory toward it is a strong plus
Demonstrated experience beyond pure delivery, POCs, client-facing work, or mentoring is a strong differentiator. Immediate joiner preferred.
