Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in Gujarat, India. The Electrician will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety codes and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and conducting troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation. The role involves working with tools and testing equipment, documenting completed work, and coordinating with supervisors and other team members to meet project timelines. The Electrician will also be expected to follow all safety procedures, participate in regular maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement of electrical systems and processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in electricity concepts and principles, including safe handling of electrical components.
Hands-on experience in electrical work, such as installation of wiring, panels, fixtures, and related equipment.
Skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Ability to perform troubleshooting on electrical faults and diagnose issues using appropriate tools and methods.
Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to field work and system performance.
Relevant technical diploma, certification, or apprenticeship in electrical trade.
Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work on-site in Gujarat, India, including in varied environments and occasionally at heights or confined spaces.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required and to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
