Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills, preferably with experience in the automobile/EV or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Handle manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Manage employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Conduct performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and HR requirements.
Support disciplinary procedures and workplace policies.
Manage HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR department.

Education:
