We’re looking for someone ready to step into Engineering Management — a people-focused leader with strong engineering understanding, delivery ownership, and the ability to support engineering teams in an AI-enabled environment
What You’ll Do
Lead and support an engineering team in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Coach, mentor, and help engineers grow.
Improve team ways of working, ownership, and collaboration.
Work closely with Product/POs and stakeholders on priorities and delivery.
Identify delivery, team, or process risks and drive resolution.
Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team development.
Guide the team on effective and responsible AI usage.
Promote good practices around quality, observability, incidents, and automation.
What we’re looking for
Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Engineer, Team Lead, or similar role.
Demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating engineers.
Good understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.
Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Understanding of AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Self-driven, pragmatic, and people-focused.
