Entry- Level Associate Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its insurance defense team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or early-career attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills while working closely with an experienced shareholder handling a diverse caseload that includes general negligence, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property claims.
Requirements
Entry-level attorneys and recent law school graduates who are members of the Florida Bar are encouraged to apply
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
Your Day-to-Day
Assist with automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property matters
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
Review medical records, claim files, discovery, and other case materials
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other members of the legal team
Work closely with an experienced shareholder and receive ongoing mentorship and litigation training
