Associate Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney with 8+ years of litigation experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling First-Party Property and Premises Liability matters and be comfortable independently managing cases from inception through resolution.
Requirements
8+ years of litigation experience
Experience handling First-Party Property and/or Premises Liability matters strongly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and meet deadlines
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
