Salesforce Product Owner (f/m/x)

We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

Your tasks
Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders
Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
Living in Poland
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
Experience with Agile methodologies
