Role Description The Vice-President for Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and long-term strategic growth across key business segments. This role leads cross-functional teams to define growth strategies, build robust sales and marketing plans, and identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting growth targets, reviewing performance metrics, guiding regional and global sales initiatives, and aligning marketing efforts with strategic priorities. The Vice-President for Growth will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate partnerships, oversee business development pipelines, and ensure consistent execution of growth initiatives. This role also involves mentoring leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and communicating clear objectives and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Business Development skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Proven Strategic Planning capabilities, including experience in shaping long-term growth strategies and managing complex initiatives.
Effective Team Leadership skills, with success in leading diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
Solid Marketing expertise, including aligning go-to-market plans with business objectives and positioning products or services competitively.
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within healthcare, life science, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret data, forecast performance, and prioritize investments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent) preferred, or comparable experience in high-growth environments.
