Get Out To Vote (GOTV) Coordinator (Volunteer)

The Alliance for American Leadership is seeking experienced and dependable volunteers to serve as Get Out To Vote (GOTV) Coordinators through Election Day. This is a volunteer leadership position focused on leading phonebanking shifts, supporting volunteers, and helping ensure successful voter outreach efforts in support of endorsed candidates.
Responsibilities
Lead virtual phonebanking shifts and serve as the primary volunteer leader during assigned outreach sessions.
Train, mentor, and support volunteers throughout the election cycle.
Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, answering questions and providing guidance during phonebanking activities.
Monitor participation and communicate updates as needed.
Foster a positive, encouraging, and mission-driven environment for all volunteers.
Support voter mobilization efforts aimed at increasing turnout before November 3, 2026.
Qualifications
Prior phonebanking experience required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and support volunteer teams.
Comfortable engaging with voters and supporting volunteers over the phone and through virtual platforms such as Google Meet.
Interest in civic engagement, grassroots organizing, and voter outreach.
Previous volunteer leadership experience is preferred.
