About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Regal Intel is focused on closing the gap between advanced technology and everyday clinical practice so no patient remains undiagnosed due to statistical invisibility. The organization addresses the “Small N” paradox, where traditional AI struggles with rare, complex, and fast-progressing (“avid”) diseases that fall into the medical long tail. Through Project JANUS, Regal Intel uses sovereign neuro-symbolic AI to convert fragmented real-world data into robust clinical evidence while grounding algorithms in validated medical rules to avoid AI hallucinations. Its hardware-attested federated learning infrastructure ensures protected health information never leaves hospital firewalls, preserving complete data sovereignty. As a mission-driven nonprofit, Regal Intel is dedicated solely to accelerating diagnostic timelines and improving outcomes for rural and underserved families rather than commercial interests.
Role Description The Senior Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding Regal Intel’s network of clinical partners and research collaborators by identifying, engaging, and onboarding hospitals, health systems, and academic institutions. This is a full-time remote role focused on developing and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to the needs of prospective partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include building long-term relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating partnership agreements in alignment with the organization’s non-profit mission, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role will also involve gathering market feedback, contributing to go-to-market strategies for Project JANUS, and representing Regal Intel at virtual events and conferences. Success in this position requires a consultative, mission-oriented approach to sales and a strong interest in healthcare innovation and data privacy.
