Full Stack Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and versatile Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development and be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.
This role is suitable for an entry to mid-level software engineer who wants to take ownership of features, solve technical problems, and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
Design, query, and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Work with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations.
Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and basic application security practices.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
Use Git and established development workflows for version control.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Support application deployment and troubleshooting across development, staging, and production environments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
1–4 years of professional experience in full-stack or software development.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework:
React
Angular
Vue.js
Strong backend experience with at least one technology such as:
Node.js
Python
Java
C#
PHP
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web development.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version-control practices.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
