We are an early-stage technology company and are looking for an ambitious Management Trainee to help us build Agento's market presence.
The Role
We are looking for a Management Trainee – Marketing & Outreach who will work closely with the leadership team across marketing, business development, partnerships and market research.
This is a highly hands-on role.
You will help us take Agento from an early-stage product to the market by identifying potential customers, building relationships, developing content, researching opportunities and supporting partnerships and accelerator programs.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
Research AI, enterprise automation and agentic AI markets.
Identify target industries and potential customers.
Research companies, decision-makers and relevant business problems.
Track competitors and emerging AI companies.
Identify market opportunities and trends.
Build and maintain prospect and partner lists.
Outreach
Conduct targeted LinkedIn and email outreach.
Identify relevant decision-makers within target organisations.
Initiate conversations with potential customers and partners.
Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach records.
Support scheduling of customer discovery calls and demonstrations.
Develop and test different outreach approaches.
Marketing
Support Agento's LinkedIn and social media presence.
Research and develop content ideas.
Write posts, articles and short-form content.
Assist with case studies, product announcements and thought-leadership content.
Help communicate Agento's AI concepts in a simple and compelling way.
Coordinate with technical team members to turn product developments into marketing content.
Partnerships & Programs
Research accelerator and partnership programs.
Prepare applications and supporting material.
Identify university and industry partnerships.
Support outreach to potential strategic partners.
Research conferences, events and AI communities.
Help coordinate Agento participation in competitions, accelerators and industry events.
Sales Support
Maintain CRM / prospect databases.
Track outreach activity and responses.
Help qualify leads.
Prepare briefing material for sales and customer meetings.
Capture customer feedback and market insights.
Help identify recurring customer pain points.

Experience with LinkedIn outreach.

Experience writing social media or marketing content.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Experience with startup, university or accelerator environments.
