Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Executive at Willowood. The Senior Executive will oversee strategic initiatives, support business development activities, and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive growth in key markets. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing business reports, supporting senior leadership in decision-making, and collaborating with regional teams to ensure efficient operations. The role also involves maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business analysis, strategic planning, and market research.
Experience in operations management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Background in agribusiness, agrochemicals, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Comfort with digital tools, data reporting, and standard office productivity software.
