Social Media Marketer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and leads.
Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
Improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of Canva or basic video/content editing tools is an added advantage.
