Accounts & Billing Executive

HBM is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts & Billing Executive who can independently manage billing, challans, inventory records, payment tracking and regular MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales/tax invoices, delivery challans, credit/debit notes, e-invoices and e-way bills
Manage day-to-day entries in BUSY, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and returns
Ensure every invoice is correctly mapped against the relevant challan/customer transaction
Maintain accurate product-wise, batch-wise and location-wise stock records
Track material sent on challan and maintain clear records of pending, consumed and billed stock
Maintain customer/distributor ledgers and track outstanding payments and collections
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for billing, sales, stock, collections and ageing
Reconcile system stock with physical/field stock and identify discrepancies
Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, distributors and hospital teams
Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Strong hands-on knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software
Good working knowledge of Excel – filters, lookups, reconciliation and reporting
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with speed without compromising accuracy
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Prior experience in billing, inventory or accounts operations preferred
This role is suitable for someone who is process-driven, organised and comfortable taking ownership of billing and reporting independently.
