Role Description The Account Executive will work on-site full time in Jaipur, managing client relationships, handling daily communication, and ensuring client requirements are understood and met. This role includes preparing and tracking client proposals, contracts, and invoices, as well as coordinating with internal project, finance, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. The Account Executive will monitor project progress from a client communication perspective, gather feedback, and support follow-up actions to maintain client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing regular reports and summaries for leadership, and supporting business development efforts through lead follow-up and participation in meetings.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as project management, finance, and site operations.
Proficiency in preparing proposals, reports, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Basic understanding of construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in highways, bridges, or civil works.
Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, CRM software).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in account management, sales support, or client service in construction, infrastructure, or related industries is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and visit project locations or client offices as required.
